Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital products and custom software services, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that each case is unique, so we offer the following:
- Service Issues: If you experience technical issues or believe the service was not delivered as agreed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Refunds are considered for undelivered or significantly delayed services, subject to review and validation.
Subscriptions & SaaS Platforms
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.
- We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods unless there's a technical failure caused by our system.
Custom Projects
For custom software, branding, or consultancy services:
- Advance payments and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If a project is canceled before execution starts, a partial refund may be processed after deducting administrative fees.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund request:
- Email us at support@skoder.co with your order/project ID, reason for request, and relevant documentation.
- Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
